General Wedding and Event Price Guide

This is a general price guide based on the past purchases of our brides, grooms, and other customers. By no means does this guide indicate a lack of flexibility. We strive to accommodate all of our brides, whose budgets fall beneath these suggestions as often as they exceed them.

The cost of your wedding or event will greatly depend on the types and number of flowers that we use, as well as the arrangement style. We try to capture the essence of each bride’s vision, always keeping her budget in mind, to create a stunning, one-of-a-kind event she will always remember with delight. The following chart gives some pricing averages; other recommendations follow.

 Some more things to consider:

-Summer wedding? Flowers droop in the heat! Ask for recommendations of hardier flower varieties for wearable flowers, and in between photos encourage bridesmaids to dunk their bouquets’ stems in the vases we provide. (We provide paper towels too, so no one has an awkwardly-placed wet spot on her dress.)

-Generally men do not want to wear fussy flowers. Think in terms of what will lie relatively flat and look sturdy–dendrobium orchids, hypericum berries, fiddlehead ferns, craspedia, and spray roses are some ideas.

-There are many ways to create a beautiful, successful wedding. We find that the most important predictor of our success in working with brides is whether trust develops as we clarify ideas, come up with creative ways to capture the vision, and address financial concerns.

Never let finances get in the way of your dreams for your day! We have ideas to make your event lovely at any price point. We have had a bride with a $100 budget for flowers and a bride with a $10,000 budget. It will all depend on what you and your family decide is appropriate and comfortable for you. We are here to make it happen!

-We maintain a file for each of our brides, so bring pictures to your consultation or email them after we talk if there is a picture you forgot. (In the subject line please put your name and wedding date and we will keep track of your ideas.)
